Return Policy

Defective Items

MerchMore offers a 15-day satisfaction guarantee for all products. If you are unsatisfied with your MerchMore item, please reach out to our support team at support@merchmore.store for more assistance. Once we have received your defective item, we will be happy to offer you a refund or store credit.

Your item is defective if it has:

• Tears or rips
• Stains
• Incorrect printing

Exchanges

Our sizes are clearly marked on our sizing chart, if for some reason your MerchMore item does not properly fit, please send it back within the 15 day window and we can offer you store credit. MerchMore is not responsible for return shipping costs and does not refund shipping.

Shipping

We currently offer three methods of shipping for our MerchMore products:

• USPS First Class Package - 2 business days
• USPS Priority Mail - 1 business day
• USPS Priority Mail Express - 1 business day

Processing

Due to the creative nature and superior quality of our products, please allow an additional 7-14 business days for the production of your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification sent to your email that will allow you to track your package.
